Woke up and had an idea for a new workout:
2 Turkish get-ups per side, alternating
sides after every rep (L, R, L, R), 24 kg
kettlebell
20 swings, 24 kg kettlebell
30 seconds jump rope
30 seconds rest
5 circuits of the above. Beat me up!
