Jumprope

10X100 jumpropes, 30 sec. between each set.
I wrote that before I did my workout. That's not the workout I did at all.
I did 5:00 of jumprope (stopping as little as possible).
Then, I did 5 ladders of 5 reps with a resistance band (poundage unknown).
I then did 50 hindu squats, rested for two minutes, then did 5:00 of jumprope again.
Done.
